General Sales Conditions
Visits to the site and day packages:
Options should be requested by telephone or in writing, with approximate numbers
The options shall be maintained up to the deadline indicated on the contract sent to the client (i.e. 20 days before the visit).
50% of the catering fee must be received at least 20 days before the visit;
In the event of failure to confirm within the deadline of 20 days before the visit, through payment of a 50% deposit, the options shall automatically be cancelled.
The exact number of people should be confirmed at least 5 working days before the booked activity. After this date, an invoice will be carried out based on the last known number of people.
The composition of the menu must be identical for the whole group (same starter, same main course and same dessert). We must receive this 10 days before the date of the meal.
The rates apply to all groups of minimum 15 people for the visit to La Coupole and of minimum 20 people for the day packages booked through our departments.

Prices and payment:
The rates included in these General Sales Conditions are set out with all taxes included, in euros. These rates are active until 31 December 2011. They may be amended without prior notice (variation in taxes).
Payment shall be made on the day of the visit by cheque, in cash or by an active credit card at the site.
Deferred payment shall be accepted on the presentation of a voucher or order form (with the prior consent of our departments). In this case, you will be sent a payment document by the Public Treasury of Saint-Omer.
Conditions of cancellation or modification
Cancellation or modification of the visit to La Coupole :
Cancellation of a day package:
Full cancellation 10 working days before the date: 40% of the advance will be kept
Full cancellation 5 working days before the date: 70% of the advance will be kept
Full cancellation 3 working days before the date: 100% of the advance will be kept
Changes to the number of people on a day package:
The number retained for the invoice will be the one submitted by the client at least 5 working days before the date of the visit. No changes to the number of visitors will be taken into account after this time.
If the client chooses to turn down any of the planned services, they will not be paid back or compensated by La Coupole.
During the visit, the group leaders must make sure that the people being accompanied behave appropriately and do not disturb the visit for the general public, particularly by disruptive behaviour. La Coupole reserves the right to force such visitors to exit the premises immediately. In this case, the group shall not be able to claim any refund with regard to paid services.
La Coupole cannot be held responsible for unexpected events, cases of force majeure or any third parties outside of the provision of services provided for in the contract.
La Coupole shall not, in any case, be held responsible for the transfer of meal or accommodation services to another location, or for the closing of attractions for technical purposes by other services provided.
Complaints must be sent within 8 days of the visit by a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
La Coupole tries to provide a written reply. In the event of a dispute, and failure to reach an amicable settlement, only the courts of Saint-Omer shall have jurisdiction to rule in the matter. The law applicable shall be the French law.
