Polaris 3D


James, a traveling penguin from the South Pole, and Vladimir, a funny bear from the North Pole, meet on the Artic sea ice .They become friends, talk about their respective regions and observe the stars together, wondering why the night is so long at the poles of the Earth. Thanks to the rigor of James and the incentive genius of Vladimir, their scientific adventure leads them to the building of an observatory and afterwards an improvised spaceship. During a trip around the Earth, extended to Mars and Saturn, they get their answer and discover that the planets have similarities but also differences.

Animated session in 3D


The Planetarium team guides you through our solar system with live commentary. This session is only available in french.

Each session takes about 50 minutes, including a 3D simulation with live commentary to discover the sky (15 minutes) and afterwards an inspiring film of your choice according to the schedule (35 minutes).

A Planetarium ticket grants access to only one session in the Planetarium. You can buy your ticket directly at La Coupole, without reservation. Be careful, sessions start on time, be there in advance!
